I am a rising third-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Linguistics at New York UniversityChris Collins is my advisor. I specialize in syntax, but I am also interested in morphology, sociolinguistics, technology in language teaching and learning, and Natural Language Processing. My work centers chiefly on syntactic phenomena in Ewe (a Gbe language mainly spoken in Ghana, Togo, and Benin).

Prior to joining NYU, I received a diploma and a BA from Pushkin State Russian Language Institute in Moscow, Russia and the University of Ghana, Legon, respectively. I also earned an MA in Applied Linguistics from Ohio University and an MA in Linguistics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
